Community Service at Banks Road Roasters

One of the Things That Makes Us Special...

At Banks Road Roasters, we are more than just an artisan coffee roaster in Merrylands. We believe in giving back to the community that supports us.

We currently host several Meetup Groups at our Merrylands coffee shop, including the "Mount Pleasant Women Who Code" meetup. These groups come together monthly to network, share knowledge, and support each other. The Women Who Code meetup is a perfect example of how we promote local talent and innovation.

As part of our commitment to the community, we were proud to sponsor free specialty coffee beans in Sydney during their "Women Coding For Change" event, where they built a website for the Mount Pleasant Women's Shelter in just one afternoon.

We're looking to share more of these inspiring community stories on our website. As a proud local coffee roaster in NSW, we want to be your community hub! If you have a Scout troop, a youth soccer program, a meetup, or a local initiative, we'd love to hear from you.
